Morning Pages Integration Circle
A weekly gathering to deepen somatic awareness and self-listening

Morning Pages Integration Circle
A Facilitator-Led Practice in Listening, Presence, and Integration
Morning Pages Integration Circle is a supportive, body-based group practice that fosters nervous system awareness, inner-child attunement, and self-trust.

This is not a therapy group, nor is it a peer-led recovery meeting.
This structured, facilitator-led space encourages listening to the body, sensations, and what arises when we slow down.

What This Practice Is
The Morning Pages Integration Circle supports the following practices:

-
deepen somatic listening
-
notice inner sensations without judgment
-
build nervous-system regulation tools
-
connect with consistent, compassionate practice

The foundation of this work is non-dominant handwriting (NDH), a simple daily practice completed privately before the group. NDH helps quiet habitual thinking and encourages awareness of felt experience, without forcing insight or revisiting personal narratives.
