Morning Pages Integration Circle
A structured, recovery–adjacent Zoom circle for embodied self-listening, attunement, and integration.

Why This Circle Exists
Because many adults know their patterns, have insight, and still feel dysregulated in connection, what they need most is a steady, structured space that supports listening to the body, tuning into felt experience, and building relational confidence through repetition.
Morning Pages Integration Circle is a structured, facilitator-led, recovery-adjacent group practice designed for adults seeking steady nervous system support, relational attunement, and embodied presence.
Using guided non-dominant handwriting and regulated sharing, the circle offers a safe, consistent space for listening to your body, feelings, and inner experience, without therapy, diagnosis, or pressure to perform.

What This Practice Is
The Morning Pages Integration Circle supports the following practices:

-
deepen somatic listening
-
notice inner sensations without judgment
-
build nervous-system regulation tools
-
connect with consistent, compassionate practice

The foundation of this work is non-dominant handwriting (NDH), a simple daily practice completed privately before the group. NDH helps quiet habitual thinking and encourages awareness of felt experience, without forcing insight or revisiting personal narratives.
