Why Non-Dominant Handwriting?

Non-dominant handwriting slows the nervous system and softens the inner critic.

It invites awareness of sensation and feeling without analysis or interpretation.

Participants are never asked to read from their writing or explain what it “means.”

The practice is about listening, not performing.
