How the Group Works
Participants complete a short non-dominant handwriting practice on their own before the session.

During the live group, we move through a simple, consistent rhythm.
​
Each session includes:
​

a brief grounding exercise

optional sharing of a single sensation, emotion, or insight, if desired (not personal history or narrative)
-
gentle EFT tapping or hand-on-body support is suggested during sharing
-
a brief breath-based closing practice to support integration
​​
Sharing is always optional, and choosing to pass is welcome and respected.
​
We focus on what is present, rather than on what needs to be changed.
