Eradicate Candida & Parasites

The digestive tract is home to over 200M gut bugs. Candida is a harmless part of the gut microbiome. However, when Candida is out of balance, it can cause the gut lining to become inflamed and, if left untreated, can lead to a cascade of health issues, including autoimmune disease (1).

White Pills

I read that it only takes one round of antibiotics to change the balance of your gut flora forever. Once out of balance, Candida and parasites have the green light to overpopulate.

Signs you may have a candida or parasite problem:

  • Fatigue

  • Food cravings, especially sweets and alcohol

  • Bad breath

  • White-coat on your tongue

  • Brain fog

  • Hormone imbalance

  • Joint pain

  • Loss of sex drive

  • Chronic sinus and allergy issues

  • Digestive problems

  • Weakened immune system

  • Urinary tract infections

Raw garlic is one of the most powerful antibiotics on the planet, and why I use it often to prevent pathogens and maintain balance in my microbiome. Several times a week, I push a clove or two of garlic through a garlic press, dispensing it in a small bowl, and leave it on the counter for no less than 15 minutes – 15 minutes allows the allicin in garlic to activate. (2) I then swallow it after a meal. I also ferment garlic and use it on salads, avocado toast, etc., or pop a few in my mouth and chew them all on their own. Fermented veggies are delicious!

Fermented fruits and veggies increase the bio-availability of minerals and vitamins like A, B, C, and K (3). Click here for the product I used to eradicate Candida.
